Continuous professional development has been a core aspect of my career. I regularly participate in specialist workshops, conferences, and laboratory-based practical courses to ensure my skills remain aligned with modern diagnostic standards and NHS best practices.
I have actively contributed to clinical and academic research throughout my career, particularly in areas related to genomics, public health, and transfusion medicine.
My research experience has strengthened my analytical thinking, critical appraisal skills, and understanding of evidence-based laboratory practice. I remain committed to contributing to further research initiatives within the NHS and academic partnerships.
Inspired by my upbringing in Arghakhanchi, Nepal, I established a school fund worth 100,000 rupees at Shree Prabhakar Secondary School to support local students’ education and opportunities. Growing up in this community, I witnessed firsthand the challenges many children face in accessing quality learning resources. This fund aims to provide scholarships, learning materials, and essential support to empower students to pursue their academic dreams. Giving back to the place that shaped me has been both a personal mission and a way to create lasting impact for future generations in Arghakhanchi
